Special services for young people.
Throughout the year we have services especially with young people in mind:

Mothering Sunday is always a delight and the children present everyone with flowers.
Easter is a time for the children to have a day of fun and making Easter gardens!
Christmas time, the Christingle service helps to support the Children's Society.
Christmas Eve sees the ever popular Crib service
Christmas Day there is a family communion service.

The Linx Project is:
"Dedicated to promoting the knowledge of and demonstrating the practice of Christian belief among all young people primarily through serving secondary schools in Wincanton and Castle Cary."
The Linx programme employs 4 young Christian workers supported by the churches in the area.  Two of these are dedicated to work in our local comprehensive school and live in the town.
They have a fresh take on worship and youth friendly services are held every 3rd Sunday of the month, 6.30pm  - 8.00pm at Castle Cary Methodist Church.  Everyone is invited - age is no barrier!
The Linx workers also hold cell groupos for young Christians in the town.
