The Choir
We sing in four parts and rehearse from 7.30pm on Thursdays.

Harold Jackson, our very able
organist, graduated
with honours in 1980 from the Birmingham
Conservatoire. As well as being director of music
at a local
private school, he also works as a
freelance concert organist and
teacher.
Bellringers
We have a happy bunch of
bellringers very ably led by Janet Lowe (lady on left). Our
practice night is Tuesday evening 7.30pm - 9.00pm. Everyone is
welcome. If you would like to learn, please contact Janet

Visiting ringers should contact our secretary Donald Matthewson on 01963 33563.
We also ring every Sunday morning 10.am - 10.30am for our Sunday Service.
Mothers Union
Our group usually meet on the first
Thursday of the month 2.30pm - 4.00pm. The meetings are varied
with talks ranging from mercy ships to the Salvation Army and are
always followed by tea! Both men and women are welcome.

Coffee Mornings
These are held once a month in the local Memorial Hall and everyone is welcome.
They are usually on the first Saturday of the month from 10am - 12noon.
Used postage stamps
Please save your used stamps and put them in the box at the back of church. The Diocese of Lesotho urgently need them (British and foreign).
Friends of Wincanton Church
Historic
churches need regular maintenance. The Friends of Wincanton
Church support the fabric by their membership and events. Please
